ModernPull is committed to making furniture shopping simple and transparent. This policy applies to purchases made through www.modernpull.com.

14-Day Returns

Eligible furniture may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returned products should be unused, unassembled, clean, and in their original condition. Original packaging, hardware, and included accessories should be retained whenever possible.

Starting a Return

Please contact info@modernpull.com before returning any product. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.

For damaged or incorrect products, please provide photographs showing the item and shipping packaging.

Damaged or Defective Furniture

If your sofa or other furniture arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, ModernPull may offer a replacement, replacement components, repair assistance, store credit, or a refund.

Items That May Not Qualify

Returns may be unavailable for:

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise.

  • Customized or specially ordered furniture.

  • Items that have been assembled, altered, or modified.

  • Products damaged through misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Returns made without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

When a return results from our error or a verified damaged or defective product, ModernPull will cover applicable return shipping expenses.

For returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected by your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already entered shipment may need to be handled through the normal return process.
